Our most durable moccasins ever, rugged bullhide construction designed specifically for lots of outdoor use. Looking for a great all leather soled loafer or casual shoe that you can wear inside and out? This just may be the most comfortable shoe you will ever wear.
- Available in tobacco or chocolate.
- Extra thick 8-9 ounce Genuine Full Grain Bull Hide upper, out-sole and vamp.
- Natural soft "fuzzy" nap (or suede) side of the leather on the interior.
- Perfect as a slipper, loafer, driving moccasin or even an every day all leather sole casual shoe.
- This canoe sole moccasin is designed for both indoor and outdoor use.
- Bullhide leather heel pad insert.
- Deerskin under the tongue for additional comfort.
- Classic handsewn vamp and heel.
- Functional rawhide lacing to adjust fit.
Our canoe mocs are actually triple-sole moccasins, we add a third "inner-sole" between our extra thick buffalo hide upper and out-sole.
All Wassookeag Moccasins are handcrafted and constructed one at a time with good old fashioned American Craftsmanship with antique turn of the century Singer Sewing Machines, hand cut leather and genuine handsewn by skilled Maine Craftsmen for lasting years of wear and extraordinary comfort.

The minute I tried them on I knew I was wearing a well made pair of footwear. I used to wear bull hide moccasins all the time but stopped because I could no longer find the quality I wanted. Needless to say, I am very pleased with my purchase! Glad I found you!

This is the first time ordering this item and the care in which I experienced with the representative was superb.
Upon receiving the product I could obviously see that the care in which the Moccasins were constructed was not only executed with care but expertise as well.
The fit, color and leather quality is superb that suits me and my needs quite well.
I highly recommend this organization and product as well.

Very well made and definitely worth the cost.
I started wearing these at the office because they are so comfortable. (Albeit, I still need to change into to my boots when I go into the shop).

My first experience with soft moccasins. Really nicely made. Walked about 10 km in Oslo yesterday, on hard surfaces, and I can not remember ever feeling so comfortable without any sign of tiredness in my feet.
I have a lot of shoes of high quality, but these are probably the most comfortable footwear I have owned.

GREAT moccasins!! Order only took 3 days to get here.I got the triple sole. I have diabetes and was able to walk over 2 miles the 1st day i got them.These are very comfortable and heavy duty too.I do hate the "code" requirement at the bottom of this review!

Bought a pair of the Canoe Mocs in chocolate, which arrived rather promptly after ordering. As others have said, these are exceptional out of the box and get better after about a week of wear. At first I thought that I had possibly ordered a touch small, but now mine fit about perfectly, and I do not take them off. I was also happy that I ordered the 'Unlined' version, as my feet can get sweaty and these seem to be rather breathable.
My only criticism of the chocolate bullhide is that they vary slightly from the ones pictured to me in that they do not look quite as glossy and two toned in person. This is minor criticism, I know, and I have received a number of compliments already while wearing them, but I thought the uppers would be slightly more black and shiny, as pictured. Nevertheless, these are impressive and I plan to get a lot of use out of these.

In a word, these babies are Beefy! Very surprised by how heavy weight the leather is on these mocs, love the feel, the texture, the sturdiness and to top it off they look great on! I planned on wearing them as driving mocs but I think I might just wear them everywhere! Great mocs, thank you!
