If your new Moccasins do not fit you perfectly when you receive them, no worries, we offer a free size exchange where we split the shipping costs with you … you pay to ship them back to us (in unworn condition) and we pay to ship the new pair back to you. (USA Customers Only)
Sizing exchanges must be made within 90 days of receipt of merchandise and must be in unworn condition for an exchange.
If you need to exchange an item:
- If you created an account simply login to your account.
- View the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu.
- Click the Return Item(s) button.
